A more user-friendly environment has been created thanks to the large space in the centre of the building which links the ground and first floors with a running stair. The scheme is made of 3 curved buildings following the line of the canal. The Buildings were built on the canal edge, sheet piles held back the canal bank, then a ring beam was constructed on top of the sheet piles.
